Good Planning and a Sound Process
We take the time at the start of each project to plan out the most logical and efficient path toward completion. We focus internally and with other members of the design team on topics such as the structure of the Polaris design team, internal and external communication, information exchange, drawing setup, production and, most importantly, meeting the client’s primary needs. Our experience is that investing this time up front yields the highest probability of success.
We feel that it is imperative that the project manager remains the single point of contact throughout the course of the project. In addition, we strive for excellent communication to keep all parties informed during the development of a project. This helps to ensure that issues do not slip through the cracks.
